In this inviting and accessible class, students will learn stress-releasing practices they can take into their daily lives to restore and build both physical and mental balance, strength, and flexibility. Teachings will begin with joint-releasing stretches and breathwork, move through a moderate sequence of basic strength-building and restorative poses, and conclude with guided meditation to encourage mindful exploration and relaxation. Everyone is welcome: new and experienced students of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds!
