Step 1 - Fill Out Registration Form

PLEASE NOTE: There are THREE steps to the registration process, as follows:

• STEP ONE: Complete the registration form. Be sure to hit the SUBMIT button when done. Otherwise I won’t get the form.

• STEP TWO: Select your registration fee level and add product to your cart.

• STEP THREE: Go to cart to complete payment. Payment must be received before registration is complete.

Your registration will be pending until payment is received.

Please Note:

• Registration for this course is limited. You must complete the above registration form AND payment to reserve your spot.

• A minimum of 6 is needed for this course to proceed. If the course does not occur, your payment will be refunded in full OR may be applied to a future course or retreat.

• If you are paying for more than one individual, the above registration form must still be completed and submitted for each individual. The person paying will also then need to complete steps 2 and 3, selecting the appropriate quantity of registrations for which you are paying.

• Payment must be received before registration is complete.

• If you are a regular in-person client, you may bring payment to your next class or session.
