Registration for this retreat is limited. You must complete the above registration form AND submit payment to reserve your spot.
A minimum of 6 is needed for this retreat to proceed. If the course does not occur, your payment will be refunded in full.
If you are paying for more than one individual, the above registration form must still be completed and submitted for each individual. The person paying will also then need to complete steps 2 and 3, selecting the appropriate quantity of registrations for which you are paying.
Payment must be received before registration is complete.

If you are a regular in-person client, you may bring payment to your next in-person class or session.
