Virtual Yoga Class REgistration - Detailed Instructions

STEP ONE - PURCHASE YOUR CLASS PASS

1) Go to https://www.cindynovelo.com/yoga/classes.

2) Scroll down to the class for which you wish to register.

3) Click the ‘REGISTER’ button.

4) Select ‘SINGLE CLASS’ or ‘MONTH PASS’ (Please note: The month pass is for all dates for the class you have chosen in that calendar month - eg. August’s month pass for Tuesday’s Relax and Restore class would be for 8/4, 8/11, 8/18 and 8/25.)

5) Select Registration Fee amount and class Date. 

6) Add to Cart (Before proceeding to your shopping cart, you may repeat the above for different days/classes if you’d like to purchase multiple days and/or classes at once.)

7) A pop-up will appear on your screen for you to agree to my liability waiver. You may read the waiver here: www.cindynovelo.com/liability-waiver.

8) Proceed to your shopping cart.

9) Verify the items you’ve placed in your cart are correct. Adjust if need be.

10) Click ‘CHECKOUT’

11) Follow steps One-Three on the payment page (1-Email, 2-Payment, 3-Review & Purchase) (If you have a discount code for prepaid classes, you will enter it here and it will cancel your balance to $0)

12) An order confirmation will appear on your screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email.

STEP TWO - COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION

1) You will receive a second email from me with important information about your registration. Please read carefully. 

Please note: You will only receive this email ONCE in any given calendar month for each separate class (i.e. If you register for All Levels Yoga on Aug. 4, then return later to register for All Levels on Aug. 11, you will receive this email the first time, but not subsequent times. This is an anti-spam feature built into my website platform.) 

PLEASE RETAIN the original Zoom link you are sent for each class (All Levels, Relax & Restore, and/or Friday Flex & Flow) - to use for the entire month.

2) Click the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button. This will take you to a new Zoom ‘Meeting Registration’ page.

3) Enter your name & email as instructed. 

3) Click the ‘REGISTER’ button to finalize your registration.

STEP THREE - Zoom link

After completing your registration, you will receive an email with your Zoom link. Please retain this link to use for any subsequent classes you purchase for the remainder of the month.

I strongly advise you use the ‘save to calendar’ feature for easy access to the link.

STEP FOUR - Attend class

Please sign into class at least 5 minutes before your class start time. You will be placed in a waiting room and I will admit you once I have come into the room. Be sure your Zoom name is listed as it was on your registration so that I am able to identify you!
